Lead AI Automation & Operations

You will own the AI automation roadmap end-to-end, redesign workflows, and drive org-wide adoption. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in operations, a proven track record of designing and shipping automation workflows, and strong analytical skills.

• Identifying and implementing agentic AI solutions targeting high-leverage opportunities.
• Designing multi-step AI workflows and building integrations between AI agents and core systems.
• Owning the internal AI automation roadmap, reporting progress to senior leadership, and measuring the ROI of each initiative.
