About The Role

Join bsport, an all-in-one platform for boutique fitness and advanced technology. As a Lead Design System Engineer, you will drive the architecture, strategy, and vision of bsport's design system, working closely with design and product teams. Your initial focus will be on Kaizen, the B2B design system, with the potential to expand to additional systems. You will have a high level of autonomy and impact in this role.

Lead the evolution of Kaizen, the B2B design system, focusing on architecture, component quality, documentation, and adoption.
Drive accessibility improvements across the design systems, ensuring compliance with standards and enhancing user experience.
Own governance and standards for the design systems, reducing redundancy, enforcing consistency, and ensuring product teams build with the system.
