Onboarding Specialist - German Speaker (DACH market)

Join bsport, a leading platform in the wellness industry, as an Onboarding Specialist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new clients, guiding them through the onboarding journey and ensuring a smooth transition onto our platform. You will work closely with Account Managers and Support to deliver a seamless client experience and set the foundation for long-term success. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Barcelona, Spain.

• Gestionar el proceso de incorporación de nuevos clientes, guiándolos a través de la configuración de la plataforma, integraciones y migración de datos.
• Entregar sesiones de capacitación personalizadas para gerentes, personal e instructores, asegurando que los clientes se sientan cómodos y seguros al usar la plataforma.
• Coordinar proyectos, rastrear y gestionar hitos de incorporación, asegurando que se cumplan los plazos y colaborando con equipos internos para resolver problemas rápidamente.
