Senior Backend Engineer - Freelance

Join bsport, an all-in-one platform for boutique fitness and advanced technology. As a Senior Backend Engineer, you'll take ownership of the backend for new member-facing gamification and engagement features in our mobile app. You'll design and build new backend services and data models, ensuring scalability, reliability, and end-to-end testing. This is a high-ownership role with a modern tech stack and real architectural challenges.

• Design and build new backend services and data models that power upcoming features in the mobile app.
• Integrate with background/event-driven processing and notifications, ensuring everything built is scalable, reliable, and well-tested.
• Work with large volumes of existing product data to power new experiences, including backfills and migrations on high-volume tables.
