Corporate Accounting Manager

Join our team as a Corporate Accounting Manager, where you will oversee our external accounting team, lead automation initiatives, manage accounting operations, and serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and tax advisors. You will also partner cross-functionally with various departments to support business operations and drive key initiatives. This position offers work-from-home opportunities and requires 7+ years of accounting experience, preferably with a CPA certification.

• Oversee the external accounting team in month-end and quarter-end close, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements.
• Lead automation and AI-driven initiatives to streamline accounting workflows, including ERP selection and implementation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and tax advisors, overseeing audit readiness and compliance.
• 7+ years of accounting experience (public + industry preferred)
• CPA preferred but not required
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure in evolving environments
• Drive for challenging the status quo and re-designing accounting operation processes for scale
• Proven track record of owning close processes and driving efficiency to cut down time to close
• Detail-oriented yet pragmatic, with strong judgment and a process-driven mindset focused on scalability and continuous improvement
• Experience with multi-entity reporting and consolidations
• Experience with NetSuite, Rillet, Campfire, Ramp, or Zip
• Experience overseeing external tax partners
