Finance Operations

Join Etched's Finance Operations team as a key player in building and scaling the systems, processes, and capabilities that drive the company's growth. This generalist role offers exposure to various operational functions in finance and the opportunity to grow alongside the business. Responsibilities include designing and improving finance processes, leading cross-functional initiatives, owning finance systems and automation, supporting monthly business reviews, and acting as a high-leverage generalist. • Construire et développer de nouvelles capacités financières, y compris la budgétisation, l'analyse exécutive, les processus d'inventaire, le reporting et les outils opérationnels.
• Concevoir, améliorer et documenter les processus, les contrôles et les politiques financières dans divers domaines tels que l'approvisionnement, l'inventaire, les prévisions et le cycle de commande à encaissement.
• Diriger des initiatives transversales impliquant les finances, l'ingénierie, les opérations, les ressources humaines, le juridique, le talent et le GTM.
• Excellent written communication skills with a bias toward documentation, process design, and creating clarity
• 3+ years of experience in finance, business operations, strategic finance, consulting, or another highly analytical operating role
• A track record of building new processes and systems from scratch rather than simply operating existing ones
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage dozens of parallel workstreams without dropping details
• High ownership and comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where priorities change frequently
• Strong analytical skills and advanced spreadsheet proficiency. You can quickly structure ambiguous problems and turn data into decisions
• Exposure to an ERP like NetSuite or spend tools like Ramp, comfort with spreadsheets and light analytics/BI, or manufacturing / hardware-ops experience
• Background in industrial engineering, operations, finance, or business fits naturally
