Product Lead (Predictive Platform)

In this Player/Coach role, you will drive the strategy for our core predictive models, oversee a specialized pod of Product Managers, and establish global standards for ongoing model training and accuracy measurement. • Lead and scale a specialized pod of Product Managers focused on predictive modeling and intelligence initiatives.
• Drive the strategy for core predictive models, defining the roadmap for how these models are consumed by downstream applications.
• Establish global standards and methodologies for ongoing model training, feedback loops, and accuracy measurement to ensure predictions remain the industry benchmark.
• Operating Rigor. You build operating rhythms that turn messy data and model dependencies into clean execution. You focus on the methodologies that ensure long-term product performance
• B2B Mindset. Strong understanding of B2B data models and how predictive scoring drives GTM outcomes
• People Leadership. Proven experience building and leading product teams. You know how to coach PMs through complex roadmaps and create a culture of high accountability
• Experience. 8-10+ years in Product Management, with a focus on AI, ML, or Data Science products, including 3-5+ years of formal people management experience
• Predictive Product Mastery. Deep expertise in predictive modeling, machine learning lifecycles, and data science collaboration from a product perspective. You have a track record of shipping complex ML-driven products at scale
