Event Marketing Specialist

Join Movable Ink as an Event Marketing Specialist, where you'll play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing our event portfolio. You'll manage event logistics, execute digital marketing campaigns, create event websites and promotional materials, and work cross-functionally with various teams. • Flexible, adaptable, and calm under pressure, particularly in live event environments where priorities and plans can shift quickly
• 2+ years of event planning or event marketing experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology environment
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative and strategic thinker who can contribute ideas to elevate event experiences and drive attendee engagement
• Ability to use Bizzabo and Salesforce are a plus
