Recruiting Associate Director

Join Movable Ink's People Team as the Associate Director of Recruiting. In this strategic, hands-on role, you will oversee full-cycle recruiting across six global markets, lead a small recruiting team, and partner directly with hiring leaders to build effective hiring strategies. You will also play a key role in shaping and continuously improving our talent acquisition strategy. • Overseeing and executing full-cycle recruiting across the company in 6 global markets, leading a small recruiting team, and partnering directly with hiring leaders to build effective hiring strategies.
• Developing and executing creative, tailored sourcing strategies to attract and engage high-quality, diverse candidate pools, and advising hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
• Leveraging recruitment data and metrics to identify and address pipeline bottlenecks, forecast hiring needs, and adjust strategies proactively across the portfolio of requisitions.
• At least 10+ years of fast-paced, high-volume full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple global markets
• Proven record of independently managing a broad range of roles and collaborating at senior leadership levels
• Strong attention to detail and high bar for excellence
• Expertise in sourcing and teaching others to source diverse and hard-to-fill roles using advanced techniques and tools
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid change in a dynamic, scaling environment
• Deep knowledge of labor markets and recruiting trends, including global recruiting compliance and cultural nuances
• Strong consultative and partnership skills, with demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Experience using Greenhouse or similar ATS, LinkedIn Talent Solutions, Gem, Juicebox, or equivalent sourcing and recruiting tools
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience building and executing recruiting staffing and metrics models
• 4+ years managing a team of full cycle recruiters
