About The Role

Join ADENES Group, a European leader in loss adjustment, as a Senior Fullstack Developer. In this in-house product role, you will design, develop, and maintain backend and frontend features across multiple products, collaborate with product owners and business teams, and contribute to technical architecture decisions. You will work within an Agile framework and have the opportunity to make a direct impact on real products.

  • Design, develop and maintain backend and frontend features across multiple products.
  • Collaborate with product owners and business teams to understand requirements and deliver quality solutions.
  • Contribute to technical architecture decisions and the continuous improvement of development practices.

**Your profile**

You hold a Master's degree or Engineering qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. You have solid experience in fullstack or backend development, with concrete deliverables you can speak to.

You are rigorous without being rigid, and you bring both technical credibility and a genuine curiosity for the business context your work serves. You communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike, and you take ownership of what you build.

**We particularly value:**

  • Hands-on experience across at least part of our stack (.Net/C#, Angular, PHP/Symfony, or Nuxt.js)
  • A quality-first mindset and familiarity with testing practices
  • Ease in an Agile environment with close collaboration with product and business teams
  • Full professional English, French is greatly appreciated
