About The Role

Join our team as an Administrative Assistant (Legal & People) and play a key role in supporting our regulatory licensing efforts and broader people compliance operations. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate regulatory filings, maintaining compliance tracking and reporting, and supporting day-to-day operational coordination. This is a remote position with a comprehensive benefits package.

  • Support preparation and submission of regulatory and licensing filings across multiple jurisdictions, track application status, renewal deadlines, and ongoing compliance requirements.
  • Maintain and organize electronic records, including licenses, correspondence, and regulatory documentation, and perform data entry and quality control across internal systems and external regulatory portals.
  • Assist with process improvement and documentation to streamline filing and tracking workflows, and track and report on employee compliance training completion.
  • The ideal candidate is a detail oriented, proactive, systems-minded operator who understands the importance of complying with deadlines and is comfortable working with large volumes of sensitive data, leveraging technology (including AI tools), and improving processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
  • High attention to detail, particularly in document review and data entry
  • Experience working with sensitive or confidential information
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative, legal, or compliance support role
  • A self-starter with sound judgment, high integrity, and a collaborative mindset
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), comfort utilizing AI tools and learning new tools quickly
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, including executives, with a focus on clarity, efficiency, and follow-through
  • Experience supporting regulatory, licensing, or compliance functions (gaming, fintech, or other highly regulated industries strongly preferred)
  • Familiarity with multi-state licensing processes
  • Legal Assistant or Paralegal certification (nice to have, not required)
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Process-minded, with an interest in improving efficiency and scalability
  • Able to work independently while coordinating across multiple teams
  • Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage shifting deadlines
