Agent Product Manager (Enterprise)

In this highly client-facing role, you will own customer deployments end-to-end, translating complex business processes into executable AI agent workflows. You will work directly with executives, shape how CoPallet scales, and play a defining role in how customers come to trust AI in mission-critical systems. • Serve as the executive point of contact for customer deployments and long-term success, leading customer discovery to understand workflows, constraints, and success criteria.
• Translate complex business processes into executable AI agent workflows, partnering with Forward Deployed Engineers to validate assumptions and execute technically.
• Own deployment plans, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication, proactively managing scope changes, escalations, and expectation-setting.
• Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Familiarity with LLMs, APIs, JSON
• Strong Excel / PPT skills
• Basic SQL literacy
• Strong technical acumen: able to reason about workflows, APIs, and system behavior
• 6+ years in customer-facing roles (Product, Engagement, Consulting, Founder, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• SaaS experience
• Experience managing multiple concurrent, high-stakes projects
• Technical degree (CS, Engineering, Math) or equivalent experience
• Experience with AI-driven or workflow automation products
