Enterprise Deployment Strategist (AI/ML Product)

Join Pallet as an Enterprise Deployment Strategist, where you'll own customer deployments end-to-end, from discovery and workflow design through execution, go-live, and long-term success. You'll be the key point of contact for customers, leading discovery sessions, translating complex business processes into executable AI agent workflows, and managing deployment plans and timelines. This role requires strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and experience in customer-facing roles. • Posséder une expertise approfondie dans la gestion des déploiements de produits d'IA/ML, en assurant la liaison entre les clients et les équipes internes.

• SaaS experience
• Experience managing multiple concurrent, high-stakes projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 6+ years in customer-facing roles (Product, Engagement, Consulting, Founder, etc.)
• Basic SQL literacy
• Strong Excel / PPT skills
• Familiarity with LLMs, APIs, JSON
• Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Strong technical acumen: able to reason about workflows, APIs, and system behavior
• Experience with AI-driven or workflow automation products
• Technical degree (CS, Engineering, Math) or equivalent experience
