Forward Deployed Product Engineer

Join our team as a Forward Deployed Product Engineer, where you'll deploy AI agents in major logistics companies. You'll work closely with customers to understand their workflows, design integrations, debug production systems, and launch AI-powered solutions. This role combines engineering, product, and customer operations, and success is measured by outcomes. You'll also have the opportunity to shape the product roadmap based on customer needs. • 2–5 years of experience building and owning production systems in high-growth startups or similarly demanding environments
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong experience working with APIs, integrations, authentication systems, and event-driven architectures
• Proven ability to debug complex systems in production
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments where documentation is incomplete, and requirements evolve quickly
