Senior Manager of Global KYC and Client Onboarding

Join our team as the Senior Manager of Global KYC and Client Onboarding. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a global KYC program, as well as managing the onboarding operational processes. You will collaborate with key stakeholders, manage technologies used for KYC onboarding, and identify opportunities for process improvements. This position requires a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in compliance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within financial services firms. A bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required.

• Develop, implement, and update the global KYC program and onboarding requirements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Manage the day-to-day client onboarding process, including counterparty and third-party due diligence, while collaborating with key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in compliance management specific to KYC.
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of global KYC regulations and best practices, including FinCEN, FATF, MAS, FIAU, etc
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification is a plus
• Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in compliance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within financial services firms. Experience working at a crypto firm is highly desirable
