Accounts Payable Supervisor

Join our team as an Accounts Payable Supervisor. In this role, you will oversee the company's shared services accounts payable function, ensuring accurate invoice processing, timely payments, and proper maintenance of records. You will also assist with audit requests and contribute to the development and improvement of AP processes and procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to adapt to changing priorities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The position offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $70,000 annually.

• Supervise the Company's shared services accounts payable function, including supervision of potential future staff.
• Oversee invoice processing for proper handling, accuracy, and general ledger account coding, and ensure correct payments are made in a timely manner.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of all AP processes and procedures, and perform any other special duties, projects or analyses as directed by the company.
