Area Table Games Instructor

Join our team as a Table Games Instructor, where you will be responsible for creating and delivering comprehensive training programs, supervising trainees, and ensuring high-quality service to team members and guests. You will also assist in recruitment and provide administrative support to Casino Operations. This position requires frequent standing, walking, and reaching, with occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds. The target compensation range is $29.91 - $31.25 per hour.

• Participate in departmental meetings and ensure consistent high-quality service to team members and guests.
• Create and deliver comprehensive training programs covering all aspects of table games, and supervise trainees at practice tables.
• Monitor new and existing dealers in the pit to ensure proper dealing procedures are being followed, and provide retraining as necessary.
