Attendant - Slots

Join Bally's Corporation, a global casino-entertainment company, as a Slots Attendant. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to slot machine players, ensure smooth operation of the gaming floor, and assist customers with any slot-related issues. You will also promote the Players Club card, process taxable jackpots, and maintain the integrity of video lottery equipment. A high school diploma or equivalent experience is required, along with excellent customer service skills and previous money handling experience.

• Continuously walk the assigned section, remaining alert for problems, servicing all lights, and providing exceptional customer service to all patrons.
• Promote the use of the Players Club card by approaching patrons in the assigned area who are not currently using the card and directing them to the Players Club.
• Assist customers in all aspects of any slot-related or bill changer problems, initiate and accurately key pad jackpot requests, and process taxable jackpots up to and including $5,000.
