AV and Gaming Equipment Technician - Full Time

As an AV and Gaming Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of gaming, broadcast, audiovisual, and technical infrastructure across live gaming studios. This role combines hands-on technical support with process improvement and innovation initiatives. The ideal candidate is a technically skilled, proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

• Partner with Shift Managers and Operations teams to ensure gaming integrity, equipment reliability, and regulatory compliance.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair gaming tables and associated equipment, and perform assembly, deployment, relocation, and decommissioning of gaming-related hardware.
• Collaborate closely with Live Dealer AV teams to support studio technology infrastructure, and install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot broadcast and AV systems.
