About The Role

Join our team as a Bar Back, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our bar. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting bartenders during busy times. The target compensation for this position is $9.80 per hour.

Direct smooth, efficient, cost-effective operation of the bar, including labor management, supervision of services, scheduling, and inventory control.
Ensure all departmental service standards are upheld and assist Bartenders in mixing and preparing bulk alcohol and mix recipes for volume sale.
Keep the bar stations fully stocked, clean, and presentable, and assist Bartenders in retrieving or serving beverages to guests.
