Bar Back - Casino Beverage

Join the Hard Rock team as a Bar Back at our Casino Beverage location. In this role, you will maintain stock at all bars and cocktail stations, assist bartenders, keep storage areas clean and organized, and ensure the bar area is clean and restocked. You will also uphold the Hard Rock Mission Statement and represent Hard Rock Biloxi in a positive manner. Strong communication skills, a high energy level, and basic bartending skills are required.

• Maintaining stock at all bars and cocktail stations, ensuring cleanliness and organization of storage areas.
• Assisting bartenders when business warrants, demonstrating a Hard Rock attitude and providing excellent customer service.
• Following cleaning checklists daily, ensuring glassware is restocked and ice wells are filled at all times.
