Bar Back - Circulo

Join Circulo as a Bar Back, where you'll be responsible for setting up and stocking bars, keeping ice bins filled, cutting fruit for garnishes, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires effective communication with co-workers, supervisors, and guests, and adherence to safety rules and regulations. The role is union-represented and offers additional benefits, including free rides for new hires with DART. Starting compensation is $10.50/hr plus tips.

• Have bars set up and stocked one hour prior to the start of each function, keep ice bins filled, and cut all fruit used for garnishes.
• Help to replenish and stock supplies throughout the shift, empty trash cans, and perform general surface cleaning tasks as directed.
• Provide exceptional customer service, communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and guests, and follow all relevant policies and procedures.
