Bar Back

Join our team as a Bar Back, where you will be responsible for maintaining bar stock levels, preparing written requisitions for stock, and keeping the bar area clean and organized. You will also restock kegs of beer, clean reach-in coolers, empty trash bins, and fulfill beverage orders from guests and staff. Additionally, you will prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes and operate cash registers.

• Maintaining established bar stock levels by transporting cases of beer, bottled water, liquor, etc. from walk-in coolers to bar.
• Receiving and fulfilling beverage orders from guests, cocktail servers, and bartenders, and preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the bar, including restocking kegs of beer and emptying trash bins.
