Bartender - Macau Kitchen

Join our team as a Bartender at Macau Kitchen. In this role, you will take orders, mix and serve beverages, request identification from patrons, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, verifying bar stock, and following all safety rules and regulations. This position is represented by Unite Here and offers a starting compensation of $10.50/hr.

• Takes orders, mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures.
• Requests identification from patrons when legal age is questioned and identifies when guests need to be cut off.
• Responsible for the mixing and serving of beverages in a service station capacity to Cocktail and Food Servers.
