• Takes orders, mixes, and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures.
• Maintains thorough knowledge of the restaurant menu and answers guests’ questions regarding the menu.
• Responsible for the mixing and serving of beverages in a service station capacity to Cocktail and Food Servers in a friendly, courteous, prompt, and efficient manner.
