• Provide superior customer service and positively impact interactions with customers and employees.
• Greet arriving and departing guests, load their belongings onto carts, and deliver them safely to their rooms or vehicles.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in specified areas in an efficient and safe manner, ensuring compliance with department policies and procedures.
