Call Center Representative

Join our team as a Call Center Representative, where you will enhance the guest experience by providing exceptional service, answering incoming phone calls, responding to inquiries, relaying guest requests, and assisting guests in fulfilling their requests. You will also process end-of-shift reports, contact housekeeping and facilities departments, confirm reservations, verify future reservations, assist guests in resolving complaints, disseminate information about the property and local area, and maintain knowledge of property information and memorabilia. The work environment may be bright, loud, and stressful. The target salary range is $15.50.
