Casino Host - Full Time

Join Bally's Lincoln Casino Resort as a full-time Casino Host. In this role, you will greet customers, promote the Players Club, resolve guest complaints, assist with reservations, and participate in special events. You will also maintain a consistent attendance record and perform other duties as assigned. The position is primarily indoors in a climate-controlled environment, with exposure to noise, smoke, and odors. The target salary range is $50,000.

• Maintaining a working knowledge of the company's facilities and special events, and advising customers accordingly.
• Greeting customers on the casino floor, establishing rapport, and providing complimentary amenities based on specific casino guidelines.
• Promoting the success of the Players Club by explaining this marketing tool to customers, issuing membership cards, and demonstrating its various methods of use.
