Casino Host (Player Development)

Join our team as a Casino Host, where you will be responsible for resolving guest conflicts and complaints, developing relationships with players, and attracting new customers. You will be visible on the casino floor, promoting the Marquee Rewards program, and achieving departmental sales goals. This role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to maintain confidentiality, and knowledge of credit procedures. The work environment is fast-paced and may involve lifting up to 100 pounds. The target salary range is $42,000 to $56,000.

• Assisting in resolving guest opportunities, conflicts, and complaints on behalf of the Company in a fair and equitable manner.
• Developing relationships with players to grow the customer base and increase Company revenues by assuring customer retention and repeat business.
• Attracting and managing customers through weekly telemarketing and in-person contact on the casino floor.
