Cook - Banquets

Join Bally's Lincoln Casino Resort as a Cook for Banquets. You will be responsible for preparing a variety of food, maintaining a clean work station, and following standard portion sizes and cooking methods. You must be able to work in a hot, cold, wet, humid, and loud environment for long periods of time. The target hourly range is $22.50.

• Completing opening and closing checklists, referring to a daily prep list, and preparing a variety of food utilizing assigned equipment.
• Understanding and complying with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen rules.
• Maintaining a clean and sanitary work station area, closing the kitchen properly, and reporting equipment and food quality to the chef.
