Cook II - Ciera Steak and Chophouse

Join Bally's, a leading entertainment and gaming company. As a Cook II at Ciera Steak and Chophouse, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking all menu items according to company standards, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen, and assisting other kitchen personnel as needed. You will also provide guidance to peer group employees and maintain regular attendance for scheduled work.

• Prepare and cook all items according to company standards for recipes and procedures, including the seasoning, finish and garnishment of all food items and entrees.
• Perform all basic cooking operations including deep fat frying, broiling, steaming, sautéing, basic oven work and production/prep work.
• Work assigned station in the kitchen, with responsibility for the cleanliness and sanitation of assigned work area.
