Cook II - Sportsbook and Bar

Join our team as a Cook II at our Sportsbook and Bar. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a service culture, following kitchen cleaning protocols, ensuring food is prepared and held at the proper temperatures, and adhering to all regulatory and company policies. You will also be responsible for keeping work areas clean and organized, garnishing food, and staying informed about promotions and events. The work environment is fast-paced and can be stressful. The target salary for this position is $17.00 per hour.

• Develop and maintain a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of superior internal/external guest service by all team members.
• Prepare food products according to standard recipes and specifications, ensuring food is hot and held at the proper temperatures before leaving the kitchen.
• Ensure department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures, including following kitchen cleaning list and keeping work areas clean and organized.
