Join our team as a Customer Service Representative for a 7-month seasonal contract during the NFL season. • Be the first point of contact for customers reaching out via phone, chat, and email during the most exciting sports season. Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound interactions with professionalism and care.
• Listen actively and empathetically to understand the real reason behind every contact, asking the right questions to get a full picture before offering solutions.
• Resolve customer questions, complaints, and issues related to our products and services efficiently, accurately, and courteously.
