About The Role

Join our team as a Dealer, where you will build guest relations, deal Blackjack and novelty games, monitor table finances, and ensure a clean and orderly work area. You will also handle routine guest complaints, adhere to company policies, and work a flexible schedule. Target compensation ranges from $5.50 to $8.25 USD.

Establish and maintain positive relationships with guests, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.
Demonstrate proficiency in dealing Blackjack and all novelty games, while monitoring the table's finances.
Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies in an ethical manner, and handle routine guest complaints.
