Dealer Trainee

Join our team as a Dealer Trainee! In this role, you will build guest relations, deal Blackjack, monitor table finances, control gaming equipment, and answer questions about game rules and casino policies. You will also complete government reporting, maintain a clean work area, and handle routine guest complaints. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required, along with excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills. Must be at least 21 years of age and qualify for a Louisiana Gaming Permit.
