Director of Facilities

Join Bally's Chicago, a $1.7 billion integrated resort, as the Director of Facilities. In this role, you will oversee the full facilities operation, including construction and operational start-up execution, departmental budgets, and compliance with health and safety codes. You will lead a team of managers, supervisors, and staff, and ensure that every system and space is ready to deliver exceptional service from day one.

• Strategic direction and day-to-day oversight of the full Facilities operation, including construction and operational start-up execution for a major integrated resort opening.
• Management of departmental budgets, capital expenditures, and utility management across the entire property, ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and building codes.
• Leadership and development of a team of managers, supervisors, and staff, fostering a culture of accountability and results-oriented performance.
