Dual Rate Officer/Shift Manager - Security

Join Bally's Shreveport Casino as a Dual Rate Officer/Shift Manager in the Security Department. In this role, you will directly supervise security employees, carry out supervisory responsibilities, and ensure the safety and security of the casino property. You will also be responsible for training security officers and enforcing company policies and procedures. The position requires an Associate's degree or equivalent experience, and the ability to perform basic math and communicate effectively. Regular attendance and the ability to work varying schedules are essential. Compensation ranges from $13.25 to $17.25 per hour.

• Directly supervise employees in the Security Department, carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
• Responsible for training security officers, directing and overseeing all investigations, and ensuring that all incidents are documented.
• Patrol the casino property, be alert of all happenings, and keep daily logs accurately and efficiently.
