Dual Rate Slots Supervisor/ Slots Floor Attendant

Join our team as a Dual Rate Slots Supervisor/Slots Floor Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Slot Service Ambassadors. You will carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws, including planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, and addressing complaints. Additionally, you will assist in issuing club cards to players, approve taxable jackpots, and safeguard company assets. As a Slot Service Ambassador, you will provide change, take care of all slot player service needs, and be a source of information about property events and promotions.

• Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Slot Service Ambassadors.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws, including planning, assigning, and directing work.
• To oversee, observe and evaluate that all Slot Service Ambassadors are providing their essential duties and responsibilities.
