EVS - Utility

Join Bally's Hotel and Casino as an EVS Utility team member. In this role, you will enhance the guest experience by providing exceptional service and maintaining cleanliness throughout the property. Your responsibilities will include cleaning floors, restrooms, and glass surfaces, monitoring trash containers, and communicating maintenance issues to your supervisor. You will also have the opportunity to train new employees and make suggestions for improvements in overall operations. This position offers a starting compensation of $16.50/hr and is represented by Unite Here.

• Enhances the guest experience by providing exceptional service and interacting with guests when appropriate.
• Cleans various areas including floors, restrooms, glass surfaces, and slot machines, and executes daily cleaning projects.
• Communicates effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and guests, and adheres to department and property policies and procedures.
