Engineer - Facilities

Join our team as a Facilities Engineer, where you will be responsible for maintaining a service culture that ensures superior internal and external guest service. You will understand operations and repair facility equipment, check HVAC equipment, direct laborers, prioritize maintenance requests, and ensure adherence to all regulatory and company policies. You will also respond to maintenance calls, coordinate repairs with other departments, and train personnel. The ideal candidate will have an EPA 608 certification, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts.

• Develop and maintain a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of superior internal/external guest service by all team members.
• Understand operation and be able to repair facility equipment, including checking HVAC equipment through the building management system.
• Prioritize maintenance requests, follow up on the completion, and ensure the department adheres to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies and procedures.
