Facilities Shift Manager

Join Hard Rock Biloxi as a Facilities Shift Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting and operating equipment safely and efficiently, maintaining all operating permits and licenses, managing engineering employees, and communicating common goals with the Senior VP of Non-Gaming Operations. You will also hire, train, and discipline employees, supervise facility staff, and uphold the Hard Rock Mission Statement and Values.

• Inspect and operate equipment safely and legally, maintaining all operating permits and licenses.
• Manage all aspects of engineering employees, including hiring, training, and discipline.
• Communicate and execute common goals of the casino and hotel, representing Hard Rock Biloxi positively.
