Host Person - Food Vintage Restaurant

In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing serving floor space, assisting the Matre d with operations, greeting guests, organizing the daily seating chart, and preparing the restaurant for daily reservations. You will work in a quiet environment and must be able to work in a smoking environment. • Maximize serving floor space by seating guests at appropriate tables and organizing the daily seating chart.
• Assist the Maître d' with weekly planning and everyday operations, including assigning and verifying all opening and closing procedures for wait staff.
• Greet guests, answer questions, and assist with problems, while analyzing and issuing guest complimentary based on marketing information.
