Host - Smokey Joe's

Join Smokey Joe's as a Host! In this role, you will greet and escort guests to their tables, answer phones and book reservations, process payment transactions, assist with station assignments, and complete side work duties. This is a fast-paced and dynamic position that requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask.

• Greet and escort restaurant guests to their table based on the number of persons in their party and according to assigned stations.
• Answer phones and book reservations utilizing the company reservation system in accordance with established standards.
• Process payment transactions in accordance with established procedures.
