About The Role

Join our team as an HVAC Technician, where you will be responsible for performing mechanical repairs and maintenance, operating HVAC equipment, taking readings on gauges, and responding to emergency conditions. You will also assist with preventive maintenance, order and receive materials, and maintain good housekeeping practices. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.

Perform mechanical repairs and maintenance to assigned areas, operate HVAC equipment, and take frequent readings on all gauges.
Perform preventive maintenance to all equipment, record history in log, and order and receive materials related to area.
Respond to all emergency conditions, assist General Maintenance on technical problems, and assist the manager in emergency situations.
