About The Role

Join Bally's as a Lead Data Analyst, where you will own and maintain trusted reporting across our media streaming platforms. You will analyze audience behavior and content performance, turning data into clear insights and recommendations that shape product strategy and business decisions. You will also deliver recurring executive reporting, spot patterns and anomalies, validate data integrity, and support various departments with analysis that drives smarter decisions. The salary range for this position is $100,000-$140,000 USD.

Own and maintain trusted reporting across Bally’s Media streaming platforms, including viewership, engagement, retention, and monetization metrics.
Analyze audience behavior and content performance across leagues, teams, matchups, and programming to uncover trends and performance drivers.
Turn data into clear insights and recommendations that shape product strategy and business decisions.
