About The Role

Join Bally's Media streaming platforms as a Lead Data Analyst. In this role, you will own and maintain trusted reporting, analyze audience behavior and content performance, and turn data into clear insights and recommendations. You will also deliver recurring executive reporting, spot patterns and anomalies, validate data integrity, and support various departments with analysis that drives smarter decisions. The salary range for this position is $100,000-$130,000 CAD.

Own and maintain trusted reporting across Bally’s Media streaming platforms, including viewership, engagement, retention, and monetization metrics.
Analyze audience behavior and content performance across leagues, teams, matchups, and programming to uncover trends and performance drivers.
Turn data into clear insights and recommendations that shape product strategy and business decisions.
