Line Cook - Wicked Good- Part Time

Join Wicked Good as a part-time Line Cook. Responsibilities include completing opening and closing checklists, preparing food according to standard portion sizes and recipes, maintaining a clean workstation, and reporting any equipment malfunctions or food quality issues to the Chef. The position requires working in a hot, cold, wet, humid, and loud environment for long periods of time. The target hourly range is $24.00.

• Completing opening and closing checklists, referring to a daily prep list for assigned duties, and preparing a variety of food utilizing assigned equipment.
• Understanding and complying with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures.
• Maintaining a clean and sanitary workstation area, closing the kitchen properly, and following the closing checklist.
