About The Role

Join the Hard Rock team as a Main Banker, where you'll be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and security of assigned assets, providing fill/credit services, verifying drop funds, and assisting patrons with credit applications and marker issuance/payment. You'll also enroll guests into the casino tracking system, maintain accurate player tracking information, and assist with all casino promotions and special events. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills are a must, along with a high level of energy and the ability to work a flexible schedule.

Maintaining accuracy and security of assets assigned to the bank, providing Fill/Credit Services for TGs, JP payout and re-supply for slots, kiosks and slot booths.
Verifying and accepting drop funds from Soft Count, preparing daily external bank deposits, and serving as central consolidation point for funds and paperwork for imprest banks & booths.
Assisting patrons in credit application completion and marker issuance/payment, enrolling guests into casino tracking system, and maintaining accurate player tracking information.
