Maintenance Technician I

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician I, where you will be responsible for the general maintenance of all facilities and property. You will perform various tasks including upholstery work, painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and other maintenance tasks. You will also follow a preventive maintenance schedule and respond to calls promptly and professionally. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of HVAC systems, alarm systems, and generators, as well as the ability to perform basic maintenance tasks. The work environment may be somewhat loud and requires physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to 100 pounds. The target salary range for this position is $21.00 to $23.50.

• General maintenance of all facilities and property, including upholstery work and maintenance.
• Performing painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and other maintenance tasks as required.
• Following the outline of preventive maintenance as scheduled and answering all calls promptly and professionally.
