About The Role

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician, where you will be responsible for responding to emergency situations, installing and repairing electrical and plumbing systems, servicing air handler units and cooling towers, and performing routine maintenance on air conditioners. You will also be involved in repairing and installing various equipment and fixtures throughout the complex.

Physically respond to emergency situations and perform necessary repairs.
Install, service, and repair various systems including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
Perform routine maintenance and repair of equipment, ensuring proper functionality.
